Dude won a best of breed over champions and got a second in working group at our last show. He now has 10 points, both majors (2 major wins 3 points or more are required for CH) and we only need 5 singles to finish him. It's exciting because Dude is my accident prone boy. He lost a good chunk of 1 year when he broke his foot; he's so energetic and bouncy he always seems to be doing something to himself. He's my clone of his daddy Harry which make him closer to me heart as we lost Harry a year ago last Oct. :glee

I sent a great picture to Pam for the contest. Maybe she will post it. Just got his win pics, so need to scan them when I get a chance to clear my brain and figure out how my new photo program does it (got a new puter with Win7 and my favorite old programs won't work with it :annoy )

LOL Danielle. I said something very similar to Pam about Sargie when I saw that pic of Dude. Man - he is just stunning isn't he? Absolutely gorgeous.

Thanks for all the compliments. Dude is my own breeding, 3rd generation. Hubby always wanted a fawn so was really excited when his mom was born (Anna) and she was fawn. It's recessive, so about 1/3 Dude's litter was fawn and and the others were brindle (with one white). DUde's sister with natural ears, looks just like him, but turned out to be very dog aggressive; so, much as it hurt, we had her spayed and placed in a single dog pet home.
